Devary Communications creates custom-designed spaces to help clients promote and sell.  Examples range from Model Home Sales Offices to Visit Centers.  We have completed several major design projects for Visit Tri-Cities.

  • We produced a custom-designed Visitor Kiosk for the Tri-Cities Airport in Pasco, WA.
  • We designed and developed the main Visitor Center in our client’s new office building.
  • We transformed a storage room into a Satellite Visitor Center at the TRAC convention center in Pasco, WA.
  • We created a Satellite Visitor Center in Richland City Hall (Richland, WA).

Most recently, we designed, constructed and installed a Visitor Kiosk at the Tri-Cities Airport.  For the kiosk, we developed a playlist of photos and messages for the large monitor display.  We developed a program for interactive touch screens, which provides information on local hotels, restaurants, recreation, shopping, wineries, museums, etc.  The kiosk features logo signage, literature racks and storage, granite-appointed cabinetry, and venting systems for the electronics.

Features of the main Visitor Center include: curved wall graphics; a back-lit logo wall-sculpture; a free-standing Events Schedule kiosk; wall-mounted brochure racks; a sponsor-recognition wall display; a floor-standing map table; business card racks; potted plants; and seating.  We also painted and letter-stenciled the front of the reception desk

At the TRAC facility, we transformed a ticket office/storage space into a welcoming Visitor Center.  We selected lighting, flooring, paint, and an attractive security gate for the space. Then we installed wall graphics, brochure racks, a logo wall sculpture, and plants.

At Richland City Hall, we re-purposed a space to create a Satellite Visitor Center.  The center features brochure racks, a map, and high-impact photos displayed in window clings and wall posters.
